We want you to feel good about your purchase. If SoftnessWithFlo isn't the right fit for you, we'll make it right. Our refund policy is intentionally simple and human.

One-time purchases

If you purchased SoftnessWithFlo Pro as a one-time payment and are not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, contact us at flourishwellness2026@outlook.com and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Monthly and annual subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Polar customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full Pro access until then.

For refunds on subscription payments, contact us within 7 days of the charge at flourishwellness2026@outlook.com. We review each request individually and aim to respond within 2 business days.

How to request a refund

Email flourishwellness2026@outlook.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your purchase email address. We will process approved refunds within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
