Is Flourish really free to start?+
Yes — completely. No credit card required. The free tier includes one AI-generated workout per day, three routines, and the daily check-in system. You can use these indefinitely at no cost. Pro unlocks unlimited generation, the full routine library, the hormone guide, and the eating guide.
Do I need to create an account?+
No. SoftnessWithFlo works entirely in your browser without an account. Your data — workouts, check-ins, streaks — is stored locally on your device. This means your information never leaves your device, but it also means data doesn't sync between devices. We're working on optional accounts for a future update.
What equipment do I need?+
Nothing. Every workout Flourish generates is designed for home use with no equipment required. No gym, no weights, no mat needed — though a mat makes floor exercises more comfortable if you have one.
Do I need to track my cycle to use Flourish?+
No — cycle phase is completely optional. You can generate workouts based purely on your energy level, time available, and focus area without ever selecting a phase. The cycle phase feature is there for women who want it, not required for anyone.

What's inside SoftnessWithFlo Pro?+
Pro includes: unlimited AI workout generation, cycle phase-aware workouts, all 20 soft fitness routines with timers, the full hormone guide covering all four phases, the intuitive eating guide with 8 principles and cycle-phase foods, full history view, and milestone moments at day 3, 7, 14, 21, and 30.
How do I unlock Pro after purchasing?+
After purchasing through Polar, you'll receive an email with a unique license key. Go to softnesswithflo.netlify.app/access, enter your key, and Pro unlocks immediately. If you don't receive your email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us at flourishwellness2026@outlook.com.
What is the launch price and when does it end?+
SoftnessWithFlo Pro is available at $9.99/month as a launch price until 31 May 2026. After that date, the monthly price returns to $12/month. If you subscribe before 31 May, your rate is locked at $9.99/month for as long as you stay subscribed. You can also purchase a one-time access pass for $9 or an annual subscription for $89/year.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
Yes — at any time, with no penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep full Pro access until then. Cancel through your Polar customer portal, which you can access from the confirmation email you received when you subscribed.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes. For one-time purchases, we offer a full refund within 14 days. For subscriptions, contact us within 7 days of a charge. Email flourishwellness2026@outlook.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line and we'll sort it out. See our full refund policy for details.
The App
Does the AI generator work without internet?+
Partially. The AI-powered generation requires an internet connection to call our servers. However, Flourish includes a local workout generator that works offline — it uses the same inputs and produces a structured workout from a library of 50+ exercises. The offline version is slightly less personalised but fully functional.
Will I lose my data if I clear my browser?+
Yes — currently SoftnessWithFlo stores everything in your browser's localStorage. Clearing your browser data or using a private/incognito window will reset your progress. Your Pro access can be restored by re-entering your license key at /access. We're working on cloud sync for a future update.
Is Flourish available as a mobile app?+
Not yet as a native app — but SoftnessWithFlo works beautifully in your mobile browser. On iPhone, you can add it to your home screen: open softnesswithflo.netlify.app in Safari, tap the share icon, and select "Add to Home Screen." It will open like an app from then on. An iOS and Android app is on our roadmap.
Is Flourish suitable if I'm pregnant or postpartum?+
SoftnessWithFlo is a general wellness tool and is not designed specifically for pregnancy or the postpartum period. If you are pregnant, recently postpartum, or have any medical condition, please consult your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise programme. Always prioritise medical guidance over app recommendations.
